Welcome to VenusgemsDesigns. By accessing our website or purchasing from our shop, you agree to these Terms of Service and our store policies.

Orders & Products

All products are subject to availability. Because many VenusgemsDesigns items are handmade, made to order, or created in small batches, slight variations in color, placement, size, or appearance may occur.

We make every effort to accurately display our products, but colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order when necessary, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product availability issues.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Customers are responsible for reviewing all names, spelling, colors, sizes, dates, wording, and other personalization details before submitting an order.

Custom, personalized, and made-to-order items are generally non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error by VenusgemsDesigns.

Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted before an order has been fulfilled or prepared for shipment.

Once an order has been fulfilled, packaged, or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

Returns & Refunds

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Returned items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error made by VenusgemsDesigns.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

Custom or personalized items, gift cards, sale items, and items marked final sale are not eligible for return unless required by law.

Shipping & Delivery

Processing and delivery dates are estimates unless specifically stated otherwise.

Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, VenusgemsDesigns is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, incorrect customer addresses, or other circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order. Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect address may be the customer’s responsibility.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please contact us as soon as possible if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Photos of the product and packaging may be requested so we can evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

Pricing & Payments

Prices and promotions may change without notice. Customers are responsible for all applicable taxes, shipping charges, customs duties, or import fees associated with their order.

Payment must be successfully processed before an order is accepted.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, original VenusgemsDesigns branding, photographs, graphics, product designs, written content, and other original materials may not be copied, reproduced, sold, or used commercially without our written permission.

Third-party characters, trademarks, brands, and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

Shopify

Our online store is powered by Shopify. Purchases made through this website are transactions directly between the customer and VenusgemsDesigns, not Shopify.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VenusgemsDesigns will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting from the use of our website or products.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.

We may update these Terms of Service periodically. The most current version will always be available on this page.
